The DPT Admissions Coordinator for the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program is
a part-time employee. Part-time employment is based on 20 hours per week. Evening and weekend hours may be occasionally required. The DPT Admissions Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the development, implementation, and assessment of recruitment efforts for the DPT Program. The DPT Admissions Coordinator will participate in on-campus, off-campus, and virtual recruitment events (i.e. open houses, lab immersions, orientations, etc.).
The DPT Admissions Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day admissions support for the DPT Program and the Director of Admissions. The DPT Admissions Coordinator coordinates the collecting, maintaining, and reporting of student records, and ensures that records compliance and confidentiality are maintained in all administrative processes. The DPT Admissions Coordinator is also responsible for managing a variety of documents, databases, and reports for the DPT Program.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
The DPT Admissions Coordinator for the DPT Program should possess a bachelor's degree or have three years of documented equivalent experience in an administrative position in a service-oriented office (admissions, public relations or marketing). The Admissions Coordinator for the DPT Program must demonstrate the following knowledge, skill, and ability or be able to explain and demonstrate that the Admissions Coordinator can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skill, and ability.
